- Coordinate Company’s HSE Team performance for Kazakhstan Region and co-operate with Corporate HSE in Moscow.

- Monitor and coordinate compliance activities of RoK divisions and stay abreast of statuses of associated activities;
- Liaise with State and Local Authorities, Department of Emergency Situations, Russian Maritime Regulatory of Shipping (RMRS), American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), Ministry of Oil and Gas to have the Company’s activity to comply to existing RoK standards and law;
- Collaborate with Labor Department, Fire Safety, SES Department, Marine Inspection, GosGorTechNadzor, Land/Sea Controlling bodies;
- Liaise with the GosGorTechNadzor on the issues relating to Safety, registration & testing of the equipment; Accompany the GosGorTechNadzor Inspectors on their visits on the locations & facilities;
- Coordinate Rig inspections conducted by local regulatory agencies.
- Arrange regular knowledge testing of Nationals and Expatriates according to Kazakh Laws and Regulations;
- Organizes training classes and courses, like Drilling Safety, Industrial Safety/CPR, Riggers\Slingers, Crane Operators etc;
- Coordination of up-to-date GGTN Safety Training Acknowledgements for National & Expatriate personnel, keep BOP Equipment passports and drawings current and up-to-date for each section and getting approvals from Ak-Beren, Marine Inspection take part during planned inspections (twice a month), be present during FIT/LOT Tests and getting approval from Ak-Beren, Marine Inspection to drill out.
- Ensure compliance of MODU to existing SOLAS requirements and International Shipping Conventions as per RMRS and ABS classifications. Follow RoK Law on Merchant Shipping and RoK Safety Rules on drilling at sea utilizing Mobile Offshore Drilling Units.
