I am fluent in Kazakh (Mongolian language too) language and have English skills. For 15 years, I have worked in different international organizations and was required to utilize all 3 languages, particularly English. I completed formal studies in English and have learnt from my expatriate colleagues. As Project Manager and Program Coordinator, I was responsible for reporting in English which required excellent written and oral skills. I also conducted numerous trainings in agricultural and food security related topics for various audiences including farmers, agronomists and government personnel at general and academic levels in all 3 languages, including providing translations for international trainers. 

Through my career, I have been responsible for completing multiple situational analyses which have allowed me participating to develop clear project proposals with achievable objectives and outcomes and plan and monitor activities that have led to successful achievements. Through my work with international organizations, I have worked with expatriates from many different countries and always enjoy learning from them as well as from the local team with different cultures and traditions. I am very flexible and open-minded and believe it is most important to fit yourself into multicultural, multilingual environment. We all live under the same roof called earth. 

Communication is the heart of any organization. Clear communication with stakeholders, beneficiaries, donors, government and public is invaluable promotion for organization success. There are certain rules for good communication and most important one is it should come from insights. Visibility is mandatory task for every team member, visibility represent organization and is none stopping mechanism once take a right place.

Jan 2019 – Nov 2019: Team leader, Halal meat, meat product exporting possibilities from Mongolia to Middle east. ADB fund Mongolia.

April 2018 – November 2019: Legal compliance consultant at FAO, UN

In response to MOFALI (Ministry of agriculture and light industry, Mongolia) priorities and policy review, and in collaboration with international experts, prepare training modules for seminar training on methods, policy and legal acts as appropriate to vegetable value chain for Variety approval and Seed multiplication; Pesticide regulation; Organic agriculture and Food Safety. Materials should be adaptable to on line training. Assist National Project Manager and any other actions are required and appropriate to ensure the success of the project in consultation with supervisors.

April 2016 – April 2018: Director at Nairamdal Travel Co.LTD 

The Nairamdal Travel is a tour agency established by locals to increase employment among former specialists from the area of English language teachers, cook, nurse, assistant and drivers from Bayan Ulgii (western Mongolia where ethnic Kazakhs live) community. There are about 20 people from different sector and are working together to build local service to travelers.  

November 2008 - March 2016: Technical Advisor, ADRA Mongolia

The Adventist Development & Relief Agency in Mongolia has been operating since the early 1990s. It has over 60 personnel and implements projects in the areas of food security, youth and education, health promotion, micro-enterprise development and disaster management. This role was an overall management and coordination of food security with ADRA Mongolia. The main duties include conception, design, coordination, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of project activities. I was reporting to the Programs Director and fulfill the following activities:

• Proposal Development/Resource Mobilization
• Providing Technical advice and Expertise
• Monitoring and evaluation

April 2004- October 2008: Manager, Agronomist, ACF (Action Against Hunger) in Mongolia

Rural development and kitchen gardening promotion project: EU funded project operated by French organization. In this role I’ve provided management support for project agronomists recruited from local areas. The base of my work experience set from this organization and I got familiar with developing organizations running process. 

June 2001 - September 2003: Agronomist in Altan Boroo Co.LTD

Altan Boroo Co.LTD is one of the largest wheat and wheat flour producer of Mongolia. Altan Boroo operates in 8,000 hectares for wheat, barley, oat and potatoes to crop. I was working for this company for a year and was fully in charge of main vegetables cultivation and seeds breeding.
