S Leasing Corp is a trucking company in US. My main job was to make that every driver in our company is legally and physically safe to work. One of the responsibilities was to call the drivers and instruct them on safety procedures and job responsibilities, so they will be safe from DOT inspections and any violations.
Other than that job included:
1. Administrative work such as dealing with Inspection/Examination reports, different types of agreements and orientations.
2. Technical support such as helping drivers with their electronic logbooks, electronic login devices (ELD), tablets, or help them with technical transportation, such as ordering uber, flight tickets or towing services for them.
3. Taking emergency calls as the First Response Team in any case of Collisions/Accidents/Incidents. During any accidents I had to remain calm, strict and swift in order to communicate with drivers/police/other party clearly and solve issues really quickly on the spot. I had to navigate drivers in case of accidents on what they have to do, also documenting important information such as descriptions from the driver, collision reports, police reports etc.
