JOB DUTIES:

1. Maintain the Group's cash flow model, updating it regularly throughout the year and providing analysis and recommendations to senior management as required.
2. Manage all elements of the Group's annual update of its long term mine plans.
3. Review and assess proposals for development and optimisation projects for the Group's operating assets, preparing financial models as required and presenting analysis and conclusions to senior management.
4. Regularly update the Group's short, medium and long term macro-economic assumptions.
5. Provide support as required to the Group's Business Development, Technical, Treasury and Tax departments with economic modelling and scenario analysis.
6. Develop a business partnering relationship with operational teams across the Group.
7. Review and analyse the Group's environmental data and other non-financial information on a quarterly basis to provide insights about performance against targets and help shape the Group's medium term ESG strategy.

   SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS​​​​​:

   • Broad experience (10 years) in Finance including financial modelling, financial planning and analysis, operations finance.
   • Strong financial modelling skills, including the ability to develop financial models from scratch, as well as work with existing templates.
   • Knowledge of business valuation methodology and techniques
   • Experience in the mining industry and good knowledge and understanding of the mining value chain
   • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance / economics / accounting / mathematics / engineering.
   • Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CFA)
   • Fluent English and Russian.
