- Master selling techniques (D-Signature), Dior product offer and new collections, at least relevant to his/her own department
- Achieve individual Sales Target and be a significant team player for the store commercial target achievement
- Attend diverse trainings to gain in expertise and maximize the potential of all products categories and universes carried in the store
- Respect Dior Standard in terms of dress code/grooming and behave as a Dior Ambassador to all audience that include prospects and elite clients CLIENTELING:
- Build relationships with customers through consistent outreach according to current campaigns/programs
- Develop customer portfolio by implementing action plans to maximize recruitment (retention/conversion rate) and engagement (repeat rate), with a focus on resident/local clients
- Achieve excellence in the Dior(In)Sight program (Net Promoter Score) OPERATIONS:
- Perform back-office tasks (transfer, stock reception, cycle counts...)
- Apply security/cash/stock procedures and support visual merchandising guidelines
- Provide excellent Care Services, follow-up calls to customer; repair, leather, etc. to optimize every selling opportunity
Profile Previous experience within luxury fashion retail Excellent communication and relationship building skills An existing client book (preferred) A passion for Christian Dior Couture and our collections Strong knowledge of fashion and trends Fluency in a second language (preferred)
