Nord Minerals is a supplier of technological solutions for mining and processing, metallurgical and chemical plants throughout the full life cycle: from pre-project studies to commissioning and turnkey services (EPS).

Job responsibilities:

• Support of import deliveries;
• Participation in negotiating the terms of foreign trade contracts;
• International logistics: calculation of optimal logistics delivery schemes, control and coordination of international cargo delivery, multimodal transportation;
• Foreign suppliers and negotiation;
• Foreign trade activities, customs clearance: verification of documentation, interaction with the customs representative, calculation of customs duties, control of the procedure for releasing goods;
• Internal logistics: placing orders for delivery and coordinating the work of freight forwarding companies;
• Search for new counterparties (if necessary); Requirements:

  Higher education;

  • Work experience in a similar position for at least 3 years;
  • Experience in transportation by road/rail/air/sea transport, transporting oversized cargo;
  • Customs clearance experience;
  • Knowledge of INCOTERMS 2020, the basics of international logistics, forms of transport, customs documents and rules for their execution;
  • English - upper-intermediate;
  • MS Office, Excel, 1C;
  • Ability to learn quickly;
