For our Sales Office, Home Comfort (Thermotechnology) Division, we are looking for the right person for the following vacancy:

Group Lead Industrial equipment

Your tasks& responsibilities will be:

1. Industrial boiler sales department management which include sales, after sales and sales support functions
2. Developing and implementing the industrial boiler sales strategy in Central Asia in accordance with the company's objectives (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan) and Mongolia
3. Development and management of sales channels and partner network
4. Set goals/tasks for team members. Monitor and support them
6. Monitor department KPIs and proactive approach to achieve targets
7. Planning marketing activities
8. Development of procedures and instructions for internal and external use
9. Development and training of employees
10. Providing employees with the necessary technical information, tools, equipment

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Experience in selling industrial boilers in Central Asia

• Experience in team management (optional)

• Mechanical Engineer

• Industrial boiler technical knowledge

• High cooperation ability

• Upper intermediate level of English

• PC skills (Microsoft Office)

• Driving license

• Location - Almaty
