A Snapshot of Your Day
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Country Business Unit Head for the Central Asia (CA) region. You will lead the sales, project management, and EQS activities in CA, operating within the regional service Europe and Africa organization.
How You'll Make an Impact
Responsibilities include leading all aspects of sales teams (Central and Distributed), project management, and EQS teams in the CA region. You will drive collaboration within the Region EU & AF and relevant divisions within Distributed and Central Execution units. Defining a clear product and customer strategy, driving strategic campaigns, generating leads, pursuing proactive selling, and ensuring revenue targets are met. You will mentor team members, address project issues, and ensure compliance with quality, environmental, health, and safety standards.
What You Bring
Ideal candidates should have a diploma or master's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, business administration, or related fields, with proven sales and project management expertise. Knowledge of the CA region, a strong network in service and RE organizations, and proficiency in Russian and English is essential . Marketing and sales experience in Gas Services within the energy sector is advantageous.
