    About the role


    As a Partner Management Executive, you will support the SISW Partner network throughout all the channel business aspects, including support to the individual opportunity sales cycle, partner business planning, ensuring appropriate resources are provided and enablement is in place to drive software sales and revenue of the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) portfolio.

    You will work with the partners to help them develop business within the Small to Large sized Enterprises across all industries, with a particular focus on diversification in public, e-commerce and finance sectors.

    This position is based in Almaty or Astana, and we offer flexible working approach.

    As this is a sales position, we will provide you with the flexibility to manage your own time, however, we would expect you to travel and meet Partner and Partner candidates on a weekly basis.


    Area of responsibility

    • Build relationships with our Partner network. Provide them with mentorship and guidance on good practices for territory planning, effective development of account plans and maintenance of the sales pipeline, enable them to identify and qualify potential customers and opportunities.
    • Support Partners in developing skills so that they can identify the most appropriate software solutions for potential customers.
    • Provide mentorship through the sales process, including effective meeting planning and opportunity tracking to achievement of revenue targets within the territory.
    • Help Partners to resolve contract issues prior to contract negotiations and set priorities on critical issues.
    • Achieve business objectives for assigned territory (for example, penetration of account with product/solution/service offerings).
    • Provide guidance on the development and implementation of strategic account plans to ensure the achievement of assigned business goals and budgets.
    • Participate on development of sales plans and strategies, developing forecasts, budgets, and operating plans for product sales channels.
    • Lead territory team reviews and updates of account plan based on changing market, customer conditions, and competitive activity.

    Your qualifications

    • Channel sales experience with a track record of sales success.
    • Experience in B2B Software / technology sales in the Public / Finance / Process / Engineering / Manufacturing sectors
    • Experience in sales of LOW CODE / PLM / CAD / CAM /CAE systems or other engineering/manufacturing software systems is highly desirable.
    • Good eye for business foresight in handling forecasts and targets
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including fluent Russian and English
    • Collaborative, determined with attention to detail, thoroughness, and high level of accountability
