Partner with teams, find solutions to a challenging cases and provide best innovative decisions - that is what I am passionate about!   I’m a strongly-professional Project Manager with more than eight years of successful experience in branding, retail and strategic analysis. My primary field of experience is process control and risk management, but I have a firm understanding of systems development and have a broad financial expertise as well. I’m a confident, approachable, and resourceful expert with a proven ability to support the complete project life cycle, work with cross-functional teams, and build effective long-last relationships. I know how to identify goals and priorities to develop essential solutions, balancing with insights and analytics to a  data-oriented driven agenda.   As a team leader, I’m focused on understanding user expectations and always keep an eye on the bigger picture. Superior attention to the all stakeholders needs is my ultimate goal as a Project manager.  I gained a reputation as an individual, who meets organizational objectives and exceeds productivity while identifying and mitigating possible risks or issues. Colleagues know me as a strong team player to rely on, as much as a person giving usefull constructive feedback. The diversity of people, lifestyles, opinions and attitudes is what drives me the most.  I believe in the concept of lifelong learning, spending a lot of time drilling new knowledge and bringing it into practice. I graduated from Moscow Financial Academy with a specialty in economics. In the last year of university study, I started my career path at Deloitte (Big-4) company, where my work was mostly concentrated on financial and risk management consulting for 3,5 years. For a better understanding of the whole circle of running the business and working with the clients I’ve moved to a relatively small international branding agency called Depot, and here is where my project manager path begins. I’ve been working with complex, multi-structural projects in collaboration with strategists, business analysts, digital specialists, and the design team. As a special achievement, I’d mention that I managed to develop a full branding strategy from marketing research and product testing to a TV campaign for the No1 Belorussian chocolate plant which allowed the company to enter the international market. The next company I’ve been working in is DDVB which is a leading Russian branding full cycle agency with a works spectrum from conducting marketing research to developing brand strategies. In DDVB I prepared over 40 business analytical reviews for clients in such spheres as FMCG, retail, telecom, and banking which resulted in a basis for brand and communication strategy for each client.

If we move to the present time: I’m currently majoring in project management and analysis in Food retail sphere, as I work in X5 group, which is the biggest food retail company in the Russian market. In X5 I work on the intersection of financial and IT tasks, my core projects are the following:

1. BI dashboards: Developed and implemented a bunch of BI dashboards for the risk-management evaluation with the established cost-saving effect on EBITDA in the amount of 262K EUR by leading a cross-functional team out of 7 specialists.

2. Data lake: Established a catchall Data lake for operational risks of the Company to define the target level of risk appetite and establish process improvement by integration of over 20 incident-based sources of retail chains and business units.

3. Working capital: Developed the unified methodology for Working capital calculation, which led to a calculated cost-cutting effect of 691K EUR.

4. BCM: Participated in the coordination of all business units under the crucial business process to identify the actions of each member within emergency cases.

Making the summary of what I’ve just said I’d describe my experience as the following: I have a firm understanding of systems development, process control, and risk management and I have broad financial expertise, at the same time.

If you ask me why I wanna change my current workplace - I’d say, that I’m searching for new interesting opportunities and eager to participate in projects which drive me and provides me with stimulus for growth. One more reason needs to be named - I wanna use European MBA knowledge in practice, which I finished in 2019 in Austria
