    We are currently looking for a Sales Support Central Asia to join our team in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

    What will your average day look like?

  • Initiating and completing the validation process of purchase orders received from customers, salespeople, or engineers.
  • Creating and updating documents for purchase orders received from the region (F46 documents)
  • Communication with other teams/departments for clarifications, approvals and/ or missing information (eg. Finance department, Order management department, Logistics department, Application engineer department, Legal department)
  • Collaboration with various internal teams to support completion of ongoing projects
  • Understanding the Vertiv Portfolio
  • Creating Customer account in Oracle Sales Cloud and Datazen
  • Modifying Customer account in Oracle Sales Cloud and Datazen
  • Maintaining the accuracy of data from Oracle Sales Cloud and Datazen
  • Creating Opportunities in Oracle Sales Cloud
  • Creating and modifying quotes in C1 based on input received from departments such as Sales and Application Engineers with the aim of offering customized products and services
  • Use knowledge about Vertiv products and their integration while creating and updating quotes
  • Start the SPR process
  • Collecting and preparing documentation for Tenders
  • Preparation of documents and questionnaires for the registration of suppliers
  • Creation of reports requested by the sales department;
  • Engage with the sales team and facilitate support for Oracle Sales Cloud usage
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
  • Followup on queries
  • Escalate situations that can impact customer satisfaction or ensure delay in processes
  • Adhere to department KPI's
  • Updating internal reports and repositories
  • Help in different initiatives at department level at the request of your direct manager What do we need from you?
  • Personality oriented towards working in a team setting and supporting your colleagues;
  • Previous experience within a client/team co-ordination role;
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term customer relation building;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Commercially astute with good negotiation skills;
  • Highly competent user of Microsoft 360 suite, incl. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook;
  • Highly skilled in using Configure One (C1) and Oracle Sales Could;
  • Solid analytical skills and excel capabilities;
  • Self-motivated and capable of operating with various departments and personnel in stressful situations;
  • Flexible attitude to activities outside specific job function;
  • Ability to operate autonomously or as a team member, self-disciplined;
  • Customer orientated;
