- Role: L2 Technical Support Engineer
- Reporting line: L2 Technical Support Lead
- Location: Kazakhstan (remote)
- Support and maintenance of Velexa products (front-end and back-end parts of trading software and services)
- Work with the main support channels: Jira, Email, Slack
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Follow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity
- Automate routine tasks
- Build relevant internal documentation
- 1 year+ work experience in software/services/applications technical support
- Hands-on experience with Linux (terminal, system and applications logs, basic diagnostics)
- Basic knowledge in computer networks
- Russian - native or fluent
- English starting from intermediate (B1) level
- Good communication skills
- Work experience in FinTech
- Basic understanding of investment and trading
- Basic automation skills - python and bash
- Work experience with Atlassian products: Jira, Confluence
- Remote work
- Shift schedule: morning (8:00 - 17:00 GMT+3), day (12:00 - 21:00 GMT+3), afternoon (15:00 - 00:00 GMT+3) or night shifts (00:00 - 08:00 GMT+3)
