Тот кто ранее управлял командой по маркетинг коммуникациям (орг дизайн, процессы, подбор и интеграция ключевых членов команды) . Полностью способен пересмотреть коммуникационный микс для всех брендов в портфеле (20 брендов, 4 страны) для построения знания брендов ( чтобы среднемесячный охват увеличился без изменения бюджета). Перезапустит программу лояльности. Качественно улучшит основные бизнес-процессы (годовое планирование, стратегическое планирование, инновационный цикл, процесс управления маркетинг и промо бюджетами), что даст прямой эффект на увеличение EBITDA. будет в подчинении более 10 человек.
